For Tuition Fee Refund (2023 Admission Session)

Welcome to BBU online undergraduate and master studies admission application for self-sponsored candidates from NonEU countries!

Full details concerning the admission procedure and the use of the platform can be found as follows:


  1. to apply for studies you need to create an account on this platform
  2. an account allows you to send only ONE application
  3. each candidate can apply for only ONE program (specialization)

In order to submit your admission application, please follow the instructions mentioned on the platform:

  • REGISTER on the platform using your valid e-mail address. The platform will send you by e-mail notifications about the status of your application.
  • UPDATE your profile (located in the upper right corner) and UPLOAD a passport size passport.
  • FILL OUT the application form and UPLOAD in ONE FILE the necessary documents.
  • CHECK the status of your application on by logging in to your account on the BBU online admission platform from time to time. All information about your application will be communicated to you through this platform.

1. Register

In order to register ON THE ADMISSION PLATFORM you need an active e-mail address and you will have to CREATE a PASSWORD. It is important to know your access data to the platform (e-mail address and password) because all documents and correspondence will be communicated to you through your admission account.

How to register on the platform:

  • Press the “Register” button, in the upper right corner.
  • Enter your e-mail address and a password which you will only use on this platform.
  • Tick “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”
  • Press the “Register” button.

2. Update your Profile

Here you will have to UPLOAD a PHOTO, passport type, that will be applied on the application form!

Press the circle with your initials in the upper right corner

Choose the “Profile” button.

Upload a passport type photo. The image will be automatically added to your application form.

Press the “Save” button.

3. Check the Main menu and familiarize yourself with the role of these submenus.

4. In the "ACTIVE TASKS" section you will receive instructions on the next steps. Follow the instructions within the deadline.
